- You should wear black or blue shorts and a plain white t-shirt or tank, no exceptions.

- Cheer shoes preferred, tennis shoes required.

- Hair should be in a pony tail, off your face, with a bow.

- NO jewelry of any kind (no fresh piercings, no plastic placeholders, no belly button rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, etc.) this is a MSHSAA rule and all jewelry must be removed in order to participate.

- Nails should be trimmed to a reasonable length, no acrylics. This is a MSHSAA rule.
